Sound sleep is the best ever beauty treatment you can give to yourself. Neither the facials nor any amount of makeup can give you the glow, fresh and relaxed look that a sound sleep provides. If you do not have a sound sleep, your skin will look older, drier and glow less. Your eyes will also be swollen.
The skin renews itself during your sleep.
