- (1)Foods Rich in proteins, vitamin C and vitamin B are effective in Treating Low Blood Pressure.
- (2) Patients having Low Blood Pressure should Use salt in their diet and must Use Fresh Fruits and Green Vegetables in their Diet Plan.
- (3)Drink at least 8 to 12 Glasses of water on daily basis because water is Essential to remove dehydration and maintain the Blood Concentration at Normal Level. Water Plays Vital role to restore Normal Blood Presure.
- (4)Prepare a cup of strong black coffee and consume this whenever you feel that your blood pressure is decreasing down.
- (5)Take a bowl of water and soak 15 to 20 Raisins in it at Night. Early Morning Chew them one by one, on an empty stomach and drink water.
